Our Work

A collection of spaces we've been lucky enough to bring to life over the years

Every project tells its own story. Some clients came to us with sketches on napkins, others with full concepts they'd been dreaming about for years. What you'll see here isn't just pretty pictures - these are real spaces where people live, work, and honestly just exist in ways that make more sense than before we got involved.

Lakeshore Residence

Lakeshore Residence

This family wanted something that didn't scream "look at me" but still felt special. Passive solar design keeps heating costs down, and the kids actually use the outdoor spaces year-round.

Tech Hub Queen West

Tech Hub Queen West

A startup incubator that needed flexibility above everything else. Movable walls, natural light from three sides, and a green roof that's become their unofficial meeting spot.

King Street Revival

King Street Revival

1890s warehouse that was sitting empty for decades. We kept the bones but made it livable for today. The original timber beams are still doing their thing after 130+ years.

Rosedale Modern

Rosedale Modern

Client said "I want to feel like I'm in a gallery but also super comfortable in sweatpants." Challenge accepted. Radiant floors, tons of white oak, and windows positioned to catch winter sun.

Junction Triangle Development

Junction Triangle Development

Mixed-use project where we convinced the city to let us do something different with setbacks. Ground-floor retail actually works here because we designed for foot traffic patterns, not just zoning requirements.

Farm-to-Table Eatery

Farm-to-Table Eatery

Restaurant owner wanted diners to feel connected to where their food comes from. We used reclaimed barn wood, installed an herb wall the kitchen actually uses, and designed the lighting for Instagram but also, you know, eating.

Commercial Toronto, ON
Yorkville Penthouse

Yorkville Penthouse

Condo gut-reno where we opened up what the builder had chopped into tiny rooms. Now it flows like it should've from day one. Custom millwork hides all the stuff that modern life requires but nobody wants to see.

Beaches Net-Zero Home

Beaches Net-Zero Home

Our first certified net-zero project in Toronto. Solar panels, geothermal, super-insulated envelope - the whole deal. Their utility bills are wild (in a good way), and the house just feels right temperature-wise all year.

Distillery District Adaptation

Distillery District Adaptation

Converting industrial space into offices is tricky when you can't touch the exterior. We worked with what was there - high ceilings became an asset, old loading doors now frame collaboration zones.

Queen West Boutique

Queen West Boutique

Retail's tough right now, so we focused on making it an experience people can't get online. Textured walls, adjustable display systems, and lighting that makes everything look better than your phone screen.

Commercial Toronto, ON
Riverside Community Hub

Riverside Community Hub

Public-private partnership that actually worked out. We created flexible outdoor space that hosts farmers markets, movie nights, and just regular hanging out. The benches are oriented for conversation, not just sitting.

Creative Studio Fit-Out

Creative Studio Fit-Out

Design agency needed their space to reflect what they preach. We mixed focus zones with collaboration areas, added way more plants than they asked for, and built in acoustic treatments that don't look like acoustic treatments.

Muskoka Retreat

Muskoka Retreat

Weekend place that's tight with the landscape instead of dominating it. Local stone, big overhangs for summer shade, and a screened porch that gets used more than the indoor living room half the year.

Residential Muskoka, ON
Wellness Center Bloor

Wellness Center Bloor

Yoga and massage studio where we really sweated the details on natural materials and air quality. Cork floors, VOC-free everything, and acoustics designed so you can't hear the cardio class next door during savasana.

Commercial Toronto, ON
Church Lofts

Church Lofts

Converting a 1920s church into residences while respecting its history was intense. We kept the main volume open, preserved the stained glass, and tucked bedrooms into what used to be the balcony level.

Heritage Toronto, ON
High Park Family Home

High Park Family Home

Three kids, two dogs, and parents who work from home. We designed for chaos in the best way - mudroom that actually handles Canadian winters, homework nook that's not tucked away, kitchen island that's basically command central.

Residential Toronto, ON
Laneway Housing Project

Laneway Housing Project

Toronto's laneway housing program opened up possibilities. We designed four units that feel spacious despite tight footprints. Each one's got its own outdoor space and doesn't feel like you're living in a garage.

Urban Dev Toronto, ON
Forest Hill Renovation

Forest Hill Renovation

Whole-house reno where the clients were tired of their dated 90s McMansion feel. We brought in cleaner lines, better proportions, and materials that'll age well instead of just looking trendy for five minutes.
